We provide web development, SEO, e-commerce, hosting, and related services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed in writing before work begins.
Payment
Project fees and recurring charges (hosting, SEO) are due as agreed. Recurring services renew monthly and may be cancelled at any time — we do not require long-term contracts.
Ownership & intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own the final website and content we create for you. You are responsible for ensuring any materials you provide (text, images, logos) do not infringe third-party rights.
Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra fees, quoted in advance.
SEO disclaimer
SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and competition. We follow best practices but cannot guarantee specific rankings or traffic.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cirex Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
